Events with Non-Paid Speakers or Talent

  1. Event planning conversation with AUCC for event guidance

  2. Complex event meeting with CSI (if necessary)

  3. Confirm and submit required documentation to CSI 5 business days before the event​​

    • Contact your CSI advisor for required documentation​ (Guest Speaker Consent Form)

  4. Advertise the event on Engage via the Event submission tool

Events with Paid

Speakers or Talent

  1. Event planning conversation with AUCC for event guidance

  2. Submit Budget Request on Engage

  3. Meeting with Club Consultant

  4. Complex event meeting with CSI

  5. Submit Purchase Request on Engage with required documentation

    • Talk with your CSI advisor for required documentation​ (Quote, W-9, Performance Service Agreement)

  6. Complete purchasing process with CSI

  7. Advertise the event on Engage via the Event submission tool
